Has your leadership grown in the last year? Have you intentionally improved your influence? Are you a better person today than at this time last year? Beliefs and philosophies on leadership can be found just about anywhere, some of which we just assume are true. However, many messages of leadership are outdated, inaccurate, or just simply untrue. Leadership today demands different things than it did in the past. As times change, so do the mindsets of the people around us! Are we making that shift? Beliefs become actions. Actions produce outcomes. Are you getting the outcomes you really want? If not, you may need to rethink leadership in order to achieve your desired outcomes. Talent, knowledge and experience doesn’t automatically mean we are able to lead or be an effective team player. We have to expand our leadership in order to create the culture we want. It doesn't require change by leaps and bounds, but rather by slow incremental progress; or as we call it...scooch! In The Leadership Expansion, you will be challenged to take a deeper look at who you are and who you want to be as a leader. These 2 days are designed around 4 key actions of leaders who make a difference and how those actions create an effective team and culture. We will also take a look at...
Remember this...the goal of workplace leadership is to create a culture in which people can come to work and be the best version of themselves. That doesn’t happen by accident…it happens intentionally through our leadership. Whether you are a senior leader, a mid-level leader or a team member, The Leadership Expansion is for you!
